Non-contact functional 45 min circuits designed for all levels from complete beginners to the more advanced. 


Using a combination of Body Combat, Padwork, Kickboxing, HITT & functional training. It provides fantastic fat burning workouts, by using full body exercises that improve strength, endurance and boosting metabolism, not wasting a minute of your session. 


Every session includes flexibility, mobility, core stability, balance and strength training principles to keep your body constantly challenged in all areas of a strong healthy and vibrant body. No class is ever the same. Seriously effective and addictive!

BoxFiTT is one of the quickest and best ways to get in shape. It feels great to throw punches, our boxing classes are completely different from anything you’ve ever tried before. 


Train like Rocky combining boxing moves with aerobic exercise, work up a sweat in a non-competitive environment. Practice combinations and get your heart rate going in a motivating environment.


Classes are designed to suit all fitness levels, male and female based on the training used for boxing without the contact so it includes skipping, boxing drills footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning a brilliant stress busting class!
